Eric Siraton JCR/Honda Master Tech Mammoth Race Report.

Thursday was the start of our journey. First stop was to test fuel combination's that would offer optimum engine performance from the Mammoth atmosphere. Working closely with Bruce Hendel from VP Racing Fuels, we came up with the perfect fuel blend and fuel mapping combo for our Honda CRF's.

Friday was Race day 1 and a great day to be Timmy Weigand. In race 1 Timmy took the hole shot, his Honda CRF450R pulled the field up the start straight. After a few laps Timmy stretched a nice lead but a fall with 2 laps to go would put the pressure on. After dragging himself out from under his bike he ended up 4th for moto number 1. The Honda CRF450R was the strongest bike out there so we very were confident that with some set up changes the next moto would be good. We switched from a Dunlop 742 race compound to the Dunlop 742FA. We had the best overall package on the line.

Saturday was the 250 class the Honda CRF250R was a monster. Taking 2 hole shots for the day. 1st moto Timmy battled with Blake Bagget to make for a dramatic finish with Timmy taking the win. VP Racing Fuels. Bruce Hendal was again a huge help that made our Honda CRF250R the strongest bike out there. The Dunlop tires hooked up great and Pro Circuit suspension. was soaking up the bumps. Timmy felt that this was the best bike he has ever ridden. 2nd moto. Timmy and Bagget were all alone to battle again with Timmy playing catch up. Timmy ended up 2nd in moto 2 and second on the day. The Honda CRF250R was flawless.
