As Team Principal of JCR/Honda, Johnny brings the same relentless drive that made him a champion to every aspect of the program, from rider development to race strategy. His partnership with American Honda Motor Co. has produced one of the most successful factory-supported teams in Off-Road history.

Beyond racing, Johnny leads the True Champion initiative, co-organizing annual fundraisers for orphanages in Baja, Mexico, proving that championship character extends far beyond the finish line.
