Round # 4 of the AMA National Hare and Hound Championship (NHHA) took place near the Little Sahara Sand Dune OHV in Jericho, Utah. The Sugarloafers MC hosted the Cherry Creek 100. The Club did an outstanding job providing a wide variety of terrain to challenge racers to two separate loops, with loop one at just under 40 miles of sand and high-speed desert and loop two at 48 miles, with 33 of those miles being single-track mountain trail through high elevation and patches of remaining snow and deep creek crossings.

JCR's Preston Campbell pulled a solid start holding 4th at the end of the bomb run. He battled 3rd to 5th place before settling into 4th at the first pit. After fresh 100% Goggles and VP Fuel, he set off for the second loop. Preston showed impressive speed as he continues to return to his pre-injury race form and held off the former Champion for a solid 4th overall finish keeping him in the points chase for a championship podium position in the series.
