Preston Campbell Earns Podium spot at the NHHA 2022 Series Opener!!

Jan 24th, 2022

The hosting club, Desert MC did a fine job challenging the 500 plus riders to 2- rock infested, technical 40-mile loops through Johnson Valley OHV. Preston Campbell made quick work pulling a 3rd place start on his Gage Day prepped CRF450X. The battle developed into a 5-way war between the top 5 as they completed the first 40-mile loop in just under an hour. Preston came through the pits 4th, with all 5 top riders within a minute. At the end of a highly technical 2nd loop, Preston securely set himself on the podium with 3rd overall. A solid start to the 2022 NHHA Championship season.

“After Preston won the first D37 H&H a couple of weeks ago, I knew he was focused and would come out swinging here at the DMC National. It’s great to see the series so strong with riders from multiple factories participating and it is awesome to see the rider entry count on the upswing. We are looking forward to a great year of NHHA racing.” -- Johnny Campbell
