Double Podiums for Team JCR/Honda racers as Tarah Gieger WINS Woman's Pro NGPC & Preston Campbell takes 3rd NHHA Pro 250!

This past weekend JCR/Honda pulled double duty, competing in 2- states covering NHHA and NGPC.

NGPC- 29 Palms CA- Hilltoppers MC Wild West GP: The Hilltoppers MC hosted the 4th round of the popular AMA National Grand Prix Championship. With a ridership of 1491 total entries and over 2900 through the gate! The race course consisted of a high-speed desert loop, a paved section, and a rough and dusty ridgeline. The Hilltoppers MC prepped the track and watered where possible and kept equipment rolling all day to keep the fun factor up for the racers and spectators. Lap times ran around the 11.5-minute mark. Trevor Stewart came out swinging, battling for top position. All three top racers started to put a gap on the field early in the race. Trevor pitted for fuel at the 55-minute mark of the 1.5-hour event. Trevor put in a solid run until he started feeling the effects of the severe flu the previous weeks that he had been plagued with. Trevor managed himself to take a conservative 4th position to ensure championship points.

Tarah Gieger was the NGPC Star for the Team, taking a heated battle in the Women's pro class down to the wire. Tarah and her CRF250RX came through with another Honda WIN, for the second weekend in a row!

The NGPC has hit the halfway point in the series with 4 rounds remaining. Trevor Stewart and Tarah Gieger are leading their perspective class for the National Championship.

NHHA - SUGAR LOAFERS MC - CHERRY CREEK NATIONAL: Preston Campbell was representing JCR/Honda racing in the Pro 250 class Off the "bomb run" Preston netted a decent start landing in the top twenty of over 100 bikes on the front row! He fought hard through the dust coming into the pits, 4th. The second loop he continued to exchange positions in the overall, as the riders enjoyed the more technical second loop. Preston brought his Honda through the finish for his 4th consecutive NHHA podium, placing 3rd in Pro 250
