JCR/Honda's dynamic duo Timmy Weigand & Colton Udall take 1st & 2nd at the 2013 AMA GP round 1 Inbox

Feb 5th, 2013

Timmy Weigand and Colton Udall came out swinging at round 1 of the 2013 AMA GP series taking home 1st and 2nd place.

"It was nice to get the year going and get back racing. I got into the lead on the 1st lap and rode my own race. Colton was riding good and caught me near the end. My 450X was great today. The dirt diggers crew did an awesome job prepping the course. There wasn't any dust and lots of traction. Thanks to "moose tube" Mitch for the great work all day. Looking forward to the rest of the season." -- Timmy Weigand

"I ripped the hole shot on my Eric Siraton prepped CRF450R but was soon passed but the Mighty Timmy Weigand. He seems to answer everything I throw at him! My speed feels good and I am excited for 2013 and San Felipe 250!" -- Colton Udall

"With a full season still ahead of us it feels great to come out and win this one. I also want to mention Congratulations to David Kamo for taking 2nd at the Hare & Hound last weekend and 2nd again at the West Chec enduro this past weekend and Congratulations to Evan Kelly for his 1st place in the HWT Expert class." -- Johnny Campbell
