Kendall Norman Wins 4- more D-37 races in one weekend - Clinches 2010 AMA D-37 Title!!!

Oct 4th, 2010

Over this past weekend the Sunland Shamrocks MC Club put on the challenge for the D-37 competitors. They held a “Dual-Dual” European scramble staged at the famed Slash-X Café just to the south of Barstow, California. 2-days of racing and 2-races per day in what was seemingly the hottest weekend of the year. JCR/Honda’s Kendall Norman and his CRF450X were on the gas, winning 4 out of 4 races in the open class. The final race of the weekend proved to be the toughest, as the competition stepped it up and gave him a run in the early part of the race. A very determined Kendall Norman would once again prove that he is the toughest, fastest racer in the desert taking his 4th overall victory for the weekend.

Kendall has had nearly a flawless season in the desert, smashing the competition, scoring 18 wins out of 20 races in D-37 competition, thus clinching his first open expert #1 plate.

Congratulations Kendall for a spectacular season in the desert!

Next up for Kendall and the JCR/Honda crew will be the final 2 rounds of the AMA Nat’l Hare & Hound series in Lucerne Valley, Ca October 10th and again on October 24th. Kendall has a sizable point lead going into the final 2 rounds and is poised to win his first AMA Nat’l Hare and Hound title.

Go Kendall and JCR!

“It has been my goal to give Kendall the tools he needs to achieve these championships. I am very proud of Kendall, the JCR/Honda pit staff and JCR technician Eric Siraton for all their time, effort and hard work to win this championship. It is the true definition of a Team.” -- Johnny Campbell
