JCR/Honda's Kendall Norman and Quinn Cody win the Prairie Dog's MC night team race!

Jun 21st, 2010

Hope everyone had a great Fathers day! It's a good week to go pick up a new Honda for your kids and spend some time riding together. The JCR/Honda boys spent some time riding together this past Saturday evening at the Prairie Dog's MC night team race. The course led the racers around a 25 mile really fun loop. The varied terrain consisted of a good combination of technical rock and sand washes mixed with some 5th gear high speed runs across Lucerne Valley. Racing started by class at 8:00pm and the checkered flag would fly at 1:00am sharp for 5 total hours of race time. Lead bikes would complete 7 laps totaling 175 miles over the 5 hour period. JCR/Honda Baja 500 champions, Kendall Norman and Quinn Cody dominated the event, untouchable on the Honda CRF450X. Also putting in a strong performance finishing 3rd overall was the team of Colton Udall and JCR/Honda team boss Johnny Campbell.

Big thanks to the JCR/Honda pit crews Chris, Mike, Phil, Keith, Morris, Charli, Preston and Deana we couldn’t do it without you.

Next up for the JCR/Honda team is Mammoth MX and next Saturday's Glen Helen 12 hour!
